Buying on Audiophiles Online is a really easy process. Simply browse the shop, add items to your cart, and checkout as per usual. There are some things that we’d like to help clarify.

Special Order Products
We put selected products up on the website but if you’re looking for something that’s related or from our partner brands it’s likely that we can help you get it. Just leave us a message on the website, by email or on the phone and we will do our best to help you get the product you want.

Shipping is Free! (within the Klang Valley)
Most of our customers are within the Klang Valley (comprising Selangor and Kuala Lumpur) and for them shipping is free for most items. If you’re from outside our coverage area then we may contact you to arrange for an additional shipping fee (especially for our brothers and sisters from East Malaysia).

If you’re unsure, do contact us first. We’d be happy to clear up and arrange for the best shipping available for you whether it is through regular PosLaju, local pickup or a courier of your choice.

Shipping Takes Time
Audiophiles Online practices a dropship model of e-commerce. We do not hold stock of any the items in our store but get them directly from the brands themselves on your demand. This means that on confirmation of payment it will take up to 3-4 business days before the item arrives at your destination.

Return Policy
We currently do not offer a return policy on items that our customers have confirmed and paid for unless the item was faulty and you’re sending it back for a warranty claim.
